Zhejiang Xiehang New Energy is a customer-centric enterprise dedicated to responding proactively to customer needs and delivering tailored product solutions. Our core business encompasses the R&D, production, sales, and service of lithium-ion batteries, battery packs, and energy storage systems. Positioned in the "pan-energy storage" application field, our products cater to diverse downstream scenarios, including commercial & industrial (C&l) energy storage, residential energy storage, solar-storage-charging integrated systems, mobile energy storage systems, electric marine battery systems, communication backup power, and special equipment energy storage.

 

The entire production line is equipped with a MES system, making production datavisible and enabling functions such as issuing production plans and providing feed-back on execution results. The production line MES system interface supports datainteraction, sharing, and transmission with testing equipment, forming a complete production data traceability system. The production line MES system can handle AGV scheduling and control for material flow within the production line, and can also be customized with an interface for interaction with the WMS system, enabling intelligent material scheduling and ware-house in-and-out operations.

 

This production line can provide complete battery module PACK production with standardization and automation. The entire line is adaptable, allowing convenient assembly production of other similar square cell PACK with mini-mal changes to the tooling fixtures.

All mechanical devices within the production system are equipped with abnormality detection functions. If a mechanical device operates abnormally or is misaligned during operation, audible, visual, and smoke alarms will promptly alert and stop the device, and the abnormal information will be collected in the central control system. Once the issue is resolved, operation can resume. In the event of a suddenpower outage, the production system has the ability to remember the status of critical equipment, allowing operations to continue with simple actions once poweris restored. If some equipment in the production system fails and cannot be quickly restored to normal, fault isolation can be implemented to ensure that the overall operation of the production system is not affected.

 

The hardware and software platforms of the production system are selected from products with good fault tolerance and reliability. The system is capable of recovery, supports error handling and fault isolation, and a failure in one module due to anunexpected situation will not cause other modules to stop working. Once the faultymodule is restored, its functions can be used again.
