Q: What payment terms do you accept?

A: We generally accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partners or large-scale projects, we are open to discussing L/C (Letter of Credit) or other flexible payment arrangements.

Q: Why is a liquid cooled battery energy storage system preferred over air cooling for capacities above 200kWh?

A: When you run high-current commercial cycles through a 261kWh/522kWh system, standard air cooling creates dangerous internal "micro-climates"-cells in the center of the rack run much hotter than cells on the outside. This temperature imbalance causes uneven cell aging and kills your warranty. Our liquid cooled battery energy storage system circulates a dedicated cooling loop directly across every single module. By keeping the maximum temperature difference between cells under 3°C, the system prevents thermal breakdown, ensures absolute fire safety, and secures that vital 8000+ cycle life for your commercial asset.

Q: Can you provide overall solar and energy storage project layout design?

A: Yes. Beyond supplying hardware, we offer full system design services. Our engineering team can provide Single Line Diagrams (SLD), structural layouts, and capacity optimization based on your specific load profile and solar resource data.
